We primarily sell figures, collectibles, merchandise, and other items related to Japanese anime, manga, games, and similar content.

Unless otherwise stated, the products sold on the Site are pre-owned or second-hand items. As a result, products may show signs of use, scratches, stains, discoloration, aging, damage to packaging, or missing accessories.

Please carefully review the product description, photographs, condition information, and any other information provided on the relevant product page before placing an order.

Due to the nature of second-hand goods, we do not guarantee that products will be in the same condition as brand-new items.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a product becomes unavailable due to stock conditions, listing errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances, we may cancel all or part of the order and refund the amount paid for the affected item.

In such cases, our responsibility is limited to refunding the amount paid for the affected product, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Orders and Sales Contract

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms and the information displayed during checkout.

We may cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there is a payment issue, if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected, or if we reasonably determine that the order cannot be fulfilled.

Products are generally shipped from Japan.

We primarily use Japan Post and other shipping services designated by us.

7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Other Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or the shipping charges paid to us.

8. Processing and Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, local postal or courier conditions, and other circumstances.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any estimated delivery time shown on the Site is provided for reference only and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment may be returned to us if you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes, provide an incorrect or incomplete address, fail to collect the shipment, refuse delivery, or otherwise fail to receive the package for reasons attributable to you.

If a shipment is returned to us, we may deduct from any refund the actual costs incurred in connection with the shipment, including outbound shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs duties, customs clearance fees, handling costs, and other related expenses.

If the package is abandoned, destroyed, disposed of, or otherwise not returned to us, a refund may not be available.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Because our products are primarily pre-owned and second-hand items, returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference are generally not accepted.

Exceptions may apply in cases covered by our Return & Refund Policy, including where the wrong item was sent, where the product has material damage not properly disclosed, or where other qualifying circumstances specified in that policy apply.

11. Product Images and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to describe product condition accurately. However, colors, textures, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on lighting, photography conditions, your device, and display settings.

Because our products are second-hand, minor scratches, stains, wear, aging, or other imperfections may not always be fully visible or individually described in the product photographs or text.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws.

16. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, armed conflict, terrorism, epidemics, governmental restrictions, import or export restrictions, customs actions, strikes, logistics disruptions, telecommunications failures, or similar events.
