Return & Refund Policy
All items sold in our store are pre-owned (secondhand) goods, and we ship internationally from Japan. Due to the nature of secondhand merchandise, we do not accept returns or refunds in principle.
However, if an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please note that before shipping, we photograph every item in its exact pre-shipment condition. If the item you receive matches these photographs, we are unable to accept a claim of defect or damage, as the photographs serve as confirmation of the item's condition at the time of shipping.
To request a review, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will respond as soon as possible.
