Important Notice Regarding Secondary-Market Items and Product Condition

This website offers secondary-market items (pre-owned goods) sourced from the Japanese anime merchandise market.

Even when a product description states "new" or "unopened," the item is still a secondary-market product that may have been purchased from an individual, and therefore it is not eligible for manufacturer warranty or support. Please take careful note of this in advance.

All items are sold as one-of-a-kind products (only 1 in stock). As a general rule, please base your decision regarding the condition and specifications of an item on the information provided on each product description page.

Even if an item is described as "New" or "Unopened," please note that it is a pre-owned distribution item acquired from private collectors or secondary markets and is not covered by official manufacturer warranties or support.

All items are sold as one-of-a-kind (single stock items). Please carefully review the description and condition details provided on each product page before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Shipping Information

All items ship directly from Japan via Japan Post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact delivery address, package size, and weight (estimated range: approx. $15 AUD to $100 AUD).

Customs, Duties, and GST (Australia Border Force)

For shipments to Australia, low-value imported goods valued at or below $1,000 AUD are generally processed under Australian Customs guidelines. Depending on Shopify tax settings or local regulations, Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Item prices and shipping fees do NOT include any additional customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees that may occasionally be levied by Australian authorities. Any such fees incurred upon arrival are strictly the responsibility of the buyer.
